Yes, every timepiece in our collection is 100% authentic. Each watch undergoes a rigorous inspection by our horological experts and comes with a certificate of authenticity and the original manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
What are your shipping methods and delivery times?
We offer secure, insured worldwide shipping via premium couriers like DHL and FedEx. Domestic orders within Poland typically arrive in 1-2 business days, while international shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. The watch must be in its original, unworn condition with all protective films, tags, and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer a warranty on pre-owned timepieces?
Absolutely. In addition to any remaining manufacturer warranty, Debonar Watches provides a 12-month mechanical warranty on all pre-owned watches to ensure your peace of mind and the longevity of your investment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and secure bank wire transfers. For our local customers, we also offer Blik and traditional bank transfers in PLN.
How should I maintain my luxury watch?
We recommend keeping your watch away from extreme temperatures and strong magnetic fields. For mechanical watches, a professional service is advised every 3-5 years to ensure the movement remains lubricated and accurate.
